Bookings are fulfilled by Extend Robotics Limited, company number 12171849. ElevateX Solutions Ltd arranges and runs the appearance.
Two hours on site with one humanoid robot and one robot dog, three live show sets, a crew of three, a livestream, and an edited highlight film with three clips and ten photographs delivered within five working days. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
A booking is confirmed when we have a date in writing and the deposit has cleared. A deposit of 25 percent secures the date. The balance is due 7 days before the appearance.
You can move a date once, free of charge, if you tell us more than 14 days before.
If we cannot attend for any reason, you choose: a new date at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything paid. That includes robot failure, crew illness and transport problems.
Outdoor appearances get a weather call 24 hours before. Robots do not go out in heavy rain or high wind, because it is not safe for them or for the crowd. If we make that call you get a free move of the date, or a full refund if no alternative date works.
Connectivity we bring ourselves. We never rely on venue wifi.
The robots are supervised at all times by a trained operator and are never left with the public unattended. We carry public liability cover and provide a written risk assessment ahead of every appearance. We can stop the show at any point if we think it has stopped being safe.
We film and livestream every appearance. You get full rights to use the resulting content however you like. We also use it on the Jasper channels. If there is anything you need kept out, tell us before the day.
