Jasper is a touring project run by ElevateX Solutions Ltd (company number 15958775, 29 Lysander Drive, Bracknell, RG12 9NZ) on behalf of Extend Robotics Limited (company number 12171849). Extend Robotics is the controller of your information. ElevateX processes it on their instructions.
To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the booking. If you enter a competition, to run the draw and get the prize to you.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you gave by ticking the box, and legitimate interests where we are responding to a business enquiry you started.
Jasper appears in public places and the crew films and livestreams while he is there. If you are in a crowd you may appear in that footage. If you would rather not be, tell any member of the crew on the day and we will keep you out of shot, or remove you from anything already recorded.
We do not identify members of the public by name in anything we publish.
Do not send us an enquiry unless you are 18 or over, or you have a parent or guardian permission. If we find out we are holding information about a child without that permission, we delete it.
Children are welcome at every event. We just do not collect their details.
Your enquiry goes to the Jasper team at ElevateX and to Extend Robotics. It goes nowhere else. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you have asked to be on one.
Our form and website hosting is provided by Netlify, who store the submission on our behalf.
Enquiries that do not become bookings: 12 months. Bookings: 6 years, because of tax and accounting rules. Competition entries: 3 months after the draw.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
